Returns & Refunds

Every piece from Alma Press is made on demand (POD), just for you, when you place your order. Because of that, we're not able to accept returns.

Made a mistake, or need to cancel? Let us know as soon as possible. Since these are POD items, production begins very quickly, so we can't promise a cancellation or change once an order is placed, but we will do our best to help.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, misprinted, wrong size shipped, wrong item entirely, reach out to us within 30 days of delivery at soul@almapress.art. Please include a photo of the issue along with your contact information, so we can get ahold of you quickly if needed (used only to resolve your order).
